Shipping

Most orders ship in 3-5 business days. The shipping / completion time for custom orders varies throughout the year. Please contact us prior to purchasing for estimated waits on custom artwork and paper goods.

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging, the label, and the damage to the product. We ask that you retain the packing materials until we can file a claim with the mail service provider. Replacement items will be shipped promptly upon proof of damage.

We welcome international orders, and are happy to quote shipping to your country. Contact us prior to purchase with your shipping address so we can accurately quote your shipping fee.

returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping both ways. All sales on custom paper goods and artwork are final.
